CUSTOM PROCESS

We have successfully obtained rights and license for the export and import qualifications required for the strict standards for shipment to USA, UK, Europe and Canada market.

Step 1

Confirm the order details with customer.
Step 2

Open a new mold and create a sample for approval.
1. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold and create one sample according to the drawing.
2. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then can send a sample to us for reference.We can create a new revise sample according to your adjust comments.
Step 3

Confirm sample details and proceed the bulk based on the PP sample.
Step 4

Design the logo and packaging. We can offer the color box or inner box layout for customer design the artwork.
Step 5

Confirm the shipping mark details, we will send a layout of the shipping mark for approval when receive the customer’s details.
Step 6

Finish the bulk and arrange the shipment accordingly.
